DESCRIPTION

Cement/Polymer based Venetian Plaster, for creating and designing the walls and ceilings in interior areas.

PHYSICAL PROPERTIES

1. White powder of special cement, polymer additives and selected fillers.
2. Mixing ratio: W/P=0.5-0.7, approx. 2.5-3.5l water: 5kg powder.
3. Bulk density: approx. 1.3-1.5kg/l.
4. Working time(20C): approx. 60min.
5. Compressive strength: 28days approx. 8-12MPa.
6. Material requirement: approx. 1.0kg/mm/m2.

FEATURES

1. After harden, will be no cracks in all thickness.
2. Easy to apply by stainless trowel.
3. Excellent adhesion.
4. Through different hand troweling method, can create various surface textures.
5. When mix with colorants, can perform colorful patterns.
6. Select a suitable sealer, for example: bee wax, etc. can be polished to a mirror-like shinny surface, also stain-proof.
7. Environmentally friendly, meets LEED requirements.

APPLICATION

1. Suitable for various subbases: concrete, cement and lime plaster, gypsum board, tiles, acrylic paints, etc.
2. Subbases should be: clean, sound, smooth, free from dirt, grease, etc.
3. Apply latex bonding agent first. After dry, start to trowel W1.
4. Normally render 2 layers W1, up to 2-3mm thickness.
5. Add water to powder, stir vigorously 2-3min. by electrical drill until lump-free and supple.
6. Drying time depends on ambient temperature. Before apply, small area testing is recommended.
7. If colorants are needed, dilute the concentrate with mixing water, weighing by electrical scale with an accuracy of 1gm.
8. After 1-2 days hardening, sanded with 600# sandpaper.
9. When complete sanding, roll, brush or spray the sealer to prevent stain. Then polish with polishing pad. Can show shine surface.

USES

Interior wall and ceiling decoration for exhibition room, commercial buildings, private residences, etc.

PACKAGING AND STORAGE

1. 25kg or 5kg packed in a moisture-proof kraft bag.
2. Store in a shaded, dry area, at least 12months warranty.
