VELITH Casting System

A controlled White BCSA mineral casting platform for selected basin studios, OEM / ODM manufacturers, concrete basin makers, terrazzo workshops, and architectural material partners.

The system is designed to support controlled thin-wall basin casting, rapid demoulding, low shrinkage, and refined mineral surface finishing.

VELITH is developed as an architectural mineral alternative for premium washbasin design. It combines the tactile honesty of mineral surfaces with the technical control of a high-performance cementitious casting matrix.

VELITH is built on a technical foundation developed for mineral casting performance, surface quality, and design flexibility.

White BCSA Binder

Provides a clean white mineral base, rapid early strength development, and a low-shrinkage cementitious foundation for architectural casting.

RUFA Technology

Enhances the mineral matrix, supports packing density, contributes to surface refinement, and helps create a dense architectural mineral structure.

Hybrid Fiber

Supports thin-wall casting, handling strength, crack mitigation, and dimensional stability.

Vacuum De-Airing

Helps remove entrapped air, reducing visible pinholes and supporting a smoother surface finish.

Surface Protection

Designed to work with silicate-based densifiers and penetrating stain-resistant architectural sealer systems.

Air Curing

Designed for air curing under intended production conditions, without steam curing or autoclave curing.

Internal Evaluation Highlights

Developed through internal screening and prototype evaluation.

VELITH prototypes and surface-treated samples have been evaluated through Triaxis internal screening methods for material development, product refinement, and partner discussion.

These internal observations are not presented as third-party certification. Project-specific testing is recommended before commercial application.

No visible cracking observed in the evaluated prototype under internal hot-water exposure conditions.
Water & Edible Oil Repellency
Visible beading / repellency behavior with no immediate visible penetration under internal screening.
Outdoor Exposure
No visible yellowing or cracking observed in surface-treated samples under internal outdoor observation conditions.
