ARON-1 INJECTION SYSTEM
DESCRIPTION
Two-components, inorganic nano-silicon dioxide solution, very low viscosity, very good injectability. After hardening, it will not dissolve in water, non-toxic, suitable for sealing drinking water leakage.

FEATURES

APPLICATION
- Mix solution A with reagent B with a ratio of 100:20. Gel time will be affected by ambient temperature. In summer, gel time will be shorter, and vice versa in winter. Before injection, a trial test is recommended.
- After mixing A and B, gel time is around 50-60 minutes. The grout will slowly stiffen, finally forming an insoluble jello-like material. After hardening, compressive strength will develop. In open air, 7 days later it will become a crystalized, hard material.
- If more reagent is added, the gel time will be shorter. If less reagent is added, the gel time will be longer.
- Operated by either pressure injection or gravity pour.
- Safety and hygiene: alkaline solution, may irritate the skin and if splashed onto eyes, rinse with water immediately. If the handler is feeling well after contact with the solution, please seek medical attention immediately.

- Construction joints and expansion joints with no width movement.
- Rigid sealing and filling of cracks and voids in building construction.
- Injection in underground and engineering structures.
- Sealing potable water structures.
- Sealing and consolidation of ground.
- Sealing of masonry against capillary moisture.
PACKAGING AND STORAGE
- Solution A is packed in a 25kg plastic barrel. Reagent B is packed in a 20kg plastic barrel.
- Store in a cool, dry and dark place, away from direct sunlight. 2 years warranty.
