DESCRIPTION

A very unique cementitious material can be applied on both floor and wall. When troweled and add with colorants performs excellent architecture finishes. Shows very high abrasive resistance and non-crack surface.

FEATURES

9. If use for flooring, can light grind and polish.

APPLICATION

1. Subsurface: smooth clean, free from dirt, grease, and debris.
2. Apply bonding agent, either latex or epoxy (with sand spray).
3. If colorants are needed, dilute and mix with water first.
4. Mix 25kg/bag T2 powder with 5-5.25kg water.
5. Use electrical hand drill to stir for 2min. or more, till thorough mixing.
6. Working time is affected by temperature. Around 25C, working time is about 30min. And the construction temperature should be >5C.
7. Minimum application thickness is 2mm, and one single layer thickness recommend not over 10mm to prevent shrink crack.
8. When apply T2 on floor, use steel trowel to press or smooth leveling. Surface can show various unique textures.
9. The usage is about 1.5kg/mm/m2.
10. For flooring, after trowel 1-2days, can sanded with 80# sandpaper. Then apply densifier and light grind and polish.
11. For walling, after sanded, can burnish with burnishing pad.
12. Apply sealer to prevent stain.

USES

1. Interior wall and floor surface decoration for commercial and residential, etc.
2. Light or medium foot traffic floor area.
3. Countertop or dinner table, tea table, etc.

PACKAGING AND STORAGE

1. 25KGS Packed in a moisture-proof kraft bag.
2. Store in a shaded, dry area, at least 6 months warranty.
